Almost there to the 6 plates...I weigh an even 180lbs.

I added 3 sets of 30 with 135lbs at the end of my flat bench. I do 10 low, 10 high then 10 all the way punching through. This helped me in that low point where I have been struggling.

A few more weeks, I am adding 10lbs, going to do the 30s with 145.

I am banging 225lbs bent over rows (as suggested here), all kinds of core as well.

Getting strong in my old age of 35. Creatine, Vitrix, Protein and an awesome diet. My stomach is almost flat, I got some ab's breaking in as well.

Yut.

Great job. Getting stronger is a great feeling.

I am a little confused though. 6 plates is 315. Are you saying you got 305 and are going for 315?

bent overrows turn boys into men.

my back got so fucking thick once I added those

GL on the bench, 315 is a good mental bridge to cross..after that, you just keep getting stronger
