I'm late to the party, but apparently there is some science that what you consume within two hours after a workout with a preferred mix of carbs and protien can help you with your recovery. ![]() What should one eat/drink/consume after a workout? I workout from 6:00 to 7:00 AM and generally eat an apple around 8:00 because the granola bar I ate prior to the workout has worn off and am very hungry. I want to know what meals/drinks work better than others that eat at my desk or get from the company cafeteria (which has eggs, toats, omlets, etc.) |
