Anybody on here use one for a bad back? Ive heard rave reviews on how good it makes you feel and have a chance to buy one. Wanted some opinions before dropped the cheese for it.

I bought one for my husband last year since he has two herniated discs. We both use it and love it. It has helped his back so much. He was unable to even get out of bed some days and then started physical therapy and then had a steroid injection. After that we got the Inversion Board and he hasn't had to go so the Dr. or get another injection in a year. His back still bothers him on occassion but if he hangs reguarly he is fine.

I have a bad back too but not as bad as his but when my back is sore it stretches it right out and feels much better. It's pretty intense at first, it takes a while to get used to and how to stretch just right. I recommend it for sure, ours was only about $300 at Dick's.

What's wrong with your back?

Ruptured disc when I was 14 years old, I'm 38 now. I'm gonna avoid the knife for AS LONG as possible, been told it really don't help most of the time anyway.  Thanks for the reply. I found one at Sam's club for $160.00. I think I'm gonna go ahead and get it.

Well I don't know much about Ruptured discs because my husband only had herniated, I don't know what the difference is. But yea, I have not heard anything good about getting surgery. The injections are even negative but seemed to help my husband and surprisingly enough he hasn't needed another one since, most people I guess have to have them every 6 months or something. I think it's due to the Inversion Board. It helps us both tremendously. Good luck, let me know how it works for you. And good deal on the $160, wish I had found that deal.
