I need to gain some weight...not fat. I don't really lift just push ups, sit ups, ect and run. I have a pretty good workout, the only time I use weights is when doing arm circles and curls but I've lost a shit load of weight (arfcom curse) that I really didn't have to lose. I've been thinking of trying myoplex or something like that, any advice? Thanks |
