I need to gain some weight...not fat. I don't really lift just push ups, sit ups, ect and run. I have a pretty good workout, the only time I use weights is when doing arm circles and curls but I've lost a shit load of weight (arfcom curse) that I really didn't have to lose. I've been thinking of trying myoplex or something like that, any advice?

The nutritional bars or whatever aren't going to do anything if you're not pushing your muscles.  You have to lift and lift heavy weight to get mass and keep it.  Use it or lose it.
