My buddy and I were thinking about using some of his garage space to start practicing Muay Thai.

I come from a karate background when I was growing up(2nd degree green belt) so I have an idea of what an hour or two session of martial arts would consist of but I was wondering if anyone knew of a good online resource to get started on the basics of Muay Thai.

We're getting a kicking/punching bag, some pads to practice with, a core ball something to beat our currently tender shins against.

Was hoping I could fine a resource to put everything together.

Duke Roufus is a former champ turned instructor. His videos are helpful, but nothing compares to private lessons if you can afford it. Otherwise, you could take a class or two a week at a kickboxing gym, then show your buddy up in your garage sessions Personally, I improved a lot faster with one on one training. Good luck!
