I found one online years ago and have since lost it.  It was an outline that a former seal came up with that was a total body workout but only based upon using your own body weight.  Anyone have any idea where this can be found?

EDIT - I found a link.  It was posted in a fitness forum over on a police forum that I go to.
Link.

Does this look like it would be worth bothering with?

I got elbow tendonitis on that workout before even getting to phase 2.

When I went through boot camp in San Diego NTC in 1985, the SEALS conducted all of our formal PT sessions, including the "marching parties" when we were "unsat".  The PT sessions usually consisted of a physically superior human being, whom to us had achieved god-like status, pounding the shit out of us by putting us in push-up position for so long we pushed San Diego below sea level

Though I was in boot camp in 1981 I remember PMU (Postive Motivation Unit) something like that where we could hear the agony of those being "trained" for bad conduct in boot camp in the intricacies of PT with an M14 rifle and such...although I did see that treatment once

But back to the Topic at hand. The below link gives you a great work out program to get you   in shape for BUD/S

Workout

I dropped out of BUD/S in 91 but when I am feeling I am getting behind in my workouts or gaining a "few" pounds I revert to this workout plan to get me back into shape. Look towards the bottom for "SUGGESTED STUDENT PREPARATION"
