First off, im new to this forum - a buddy of mine SCHWINDJ got me interested in AR-15.com

I just got shoulder surgery on my left shoulder and can't exactly use my left arm all that much to work out.  I can't even run as of right now.  Although, I can do ab workouts.  Any of you guys know of some good ab workouts besides just run of the mill crunches and situps.  Abs are really I can do right now so I want to go at it hard.

Abs really only do one thing, which is to pull your pelvis towards your ribcage.  Crunches may be boring, but they work.  If they get too easy, add resistance.

Don't expect ab workouts to give you a six-pack - that comes from diet.
