Ok so normally I dont buy into stuff like this but I did read where the russians had luck using electrical pulses to help their olympic players to train. Well I picked one up for $6 or something on amazon. Well let me say that it is interesting so far. I got it for small muscles that it is hard to work out without specific exersizes for it. Well I got it and tried it on my forarm and I have to say WOW. On medium setting the pulses cause my hand to ball up in a fist and after the 6 second jolt my forarm feels like I was trying to run a mile on it. I dont know if this thing will do anything but I am going to give it a try. Has anyone else messed with one. On a side note I dont think this thing is powerfull enough to do anything to abs. |
