www.simplefit.org Does anybody know anything about this program? I get the impression that it's meant to be a greatly simplified version of the Crossfit program (www.crossfit.com). Looking at the workouts, I see no exercises targeted at the abs. So I would that add situps and a 2-mile run to this program. |
| I decided to start in on this today. After runnning two miles, I started at Level 4 - Day 1. I managed to knock out 13 sets in 20 minutes, but the pullups are kicking my ass. I'm going to do three sets of weighted (25#) situps and then call it a workout. |

The guy who created that website discussed it on the Crossfit message boards in the past couple of weeks. If I remember correctly, his intention was to put together a simple program that the average person could reasonably follow while adhering to the spirit of the Crossfit principles. ETA: Link |
