My chest has always been a wink link. My max bench was 255, and i weighed in at 225 at the time, BF pretty high. Inclined being even weaker. I think the max I've done is 60 lb dumb bells for 8 reps.

My legs have always been huge, and easy to gain strength. I repped 315 8 times on squat, and maxxed out at 405. I've repped 1200 lbs on leg press 8 times. I go crazy when i do leg workouts. Can't seem to get into bench that much.

Never really spent a lot of time doing dead lifts(poor form, and don't want to risk injury) but i think my highest max was 225.

An old lifting partner is every bit of 185 solid muslce, and his max bench was 315. made me look like a woman.

If you've had a weak chest, how did develop it? My diet was really clean when my max bench was 255. supplement intake included whey protein, 6-oxo and anavol..
A typical chest workout would be 3X8 on bench, 4X6 on incline, 4X10 on cable x/over and maybe some decline if i feel like it.

I've never had a problem gaining strength or size in my forearm. usually stick to concentration movements when doing tri workouts, though.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Work on TRICEPS to help with Bench. Do DIPS, that helps build up arms and chest.

When I was USMC, I use to lift a bunch in Oki w/ reknowned Power lifter, He had me on a pretty good routine. Basically for power lifting you dont do any reps above 5-6 and jus do heavy weights til ya reach failure.

When I was 150lbs. I was benching 240. To me that was a great accomplishment. I know a guy that weighted 150 and got his bench up to 290 but could never break into the 300lb range. Thats alot of weight. lol.

I have what I consider a weak  bench.  Whenever I reach a sticking point on bench, I usually double up on my rows.  After a couple of weeks of this, I usually break through.

You might give this a  try.
