From 351 to 314, I think it has been about 11 weeks.

I put my cal. intake up to about  2200, eating a lot of chicken.  I took a week off from working out because I hurt my arm at work, but I started back up this week.  Wearing a 44 pant from a 46.

Nice! Keep it up. Watch out for the holidays. Last year it took me months to get back what I lost from Thanksgiving through the new year.

My apartment building has a fitness center so here is what I do
20 min on a tread mill, start at 3.2 mph finish at 4.5mph
bench press 120lbs x10 reps
squats 250lbs  x10
military press 70lbs x10
leg machin (don't know what it is called) 150lbs x 10
curls 70 lbs x10
their are three other machines but I don't know what they are called
50 situps

whole list minus tredmill x2, I don't stop until I am done, takes about 35 min.

I do this three to four times a week

How tall are you? You don't look like you weigh nearly that much. Hell, you get down to 250-260 you will be pretty darn sexy.

Just becuase you hurt your arm it does not mean you cant keep training. Go for 40 minutes on the treadmill instead of 20 minutes and lifting. During the holidays put in a little extra cardio. say on your days off get 30 minutes on the treadmill in. Even if you add one extra day during the holidays it might save you some.

That is what I figured. I am 6'6", and I found that pic to be quite familiar. You don't realize how big you rae until you see yourself in a pic some times.

Any who, keep up the good work. I was up to around 300 at one point, and I am now close to 240. It sure takes a lot of work, but once you get some muscle built up you can eat a whole lot more and still loose weight.
