From 351 to 314, I think it has been about 11 weeks. I put my cal. intake up to about 2200, eating a lot of chicken. I took a week off from working out because I hurt my arm at work, but I started back up this week. Wearing a 44 pant from a 46. Icon |

| Just becuase you hurt your arm it does not mean you cant keep training. Go for 40 minutes on the treadmill instead of 20 minutes and lifting. During the holidays put in a little extra cardio. say on your days off get 30 minutes on the treadmill in. Even if you add one extra day during the holidays it might save you some. |
That is what I figured. I am 6'6", and I found that pic to be quite familiar. You don't realize how big you rae until you see yourself in a pic some times. Any who, keep up the good work. I was up to around 300 at one point, and I am now close to 240. It sure takes a lot of work, but once you get some muscle built up you can eat a whole lot more and still loose weight. |
