My running course is 1.1 miles, up and down hills.

I started on 03/27, 235lbs, run time 12:13.

Today 05/10, 216 lbs, run time 9:03.

Awesome improvement.  How about stretching that distance out to 3 miles?

Agggghhh. I know. I've been playing with 1.5 and 2 without timing the run. I usually walk for another 20 minutes or so after the run.
