Quoted: Sometimes taking a rest/break helps rejuvenate/heal your body. I know it does for me. Plenty of time left this year to hit the goal. View Quote You're not wrong. After a few big weeks it's been nice, but also a bit demotivating because of 20+ mile weeks I have 3.4 this week. We've had a lot of rain, and gyms still aren't open to hit a treadmill, but the extra sleep is nice. |

Starting to get warmer out there in the mornings. Today: 71F, 20% humidity, and windy at 5 am. Going up to 98F today. |

2/630.54 3 miles, 20lb vest during Murph. I also hit 200 for the month, with 160 of those miles coming from a treadmill |

Last couple of days it was too hot in the mornings to run. HOA gym is still closed due to this virus jazz, so no accessible treadmill. |

Was a hot one out there this morning. Kept hearing all the songs of KISS' Hotter Than Hell album while I was running. Crazy. lol |
