Shitty volume tonight, I think I need a pizza and a good night's sleep. Did some heavy singles after a few crappy sets of 315x7 and hit 405 for the first time in a year. Up from 380 in February. 191lb BW.

It would help.  I've had a lot of trouble sleeping for a while now.  When I'm no longer the HOA president I'll sleep better- I get to publicly accuse my neighbors of fraud in two weeks.  And still see them at church on Sunday.

No squats in a year
Your weight and reps are going to be way down. Don't push too hard even if it feels good or you'll catch a case of the DOMS.

You are clearly smarter than me.  These days I get the feeling that's nothing to be proud of though.  One of my clients I just finished some work for told me of a nice piece of property near her new house, 5 acres with power, phone and natural gas already stubbed to it (no water, needs a well) for $50K.  That's pretty good, the 1 acre lot next to me that I've been considering buying is about $35K (and is in the HOA).

I think I'm going to do the kettlebell challenge again, along with squats.  I'm in terrible shape and need something do keep me going to the gym.  Today I did a few swings and some OHP, but not many of either.

But that's the time I use to think about how much this is going to suck and debate quitting and going to eat pancakes instead, haha

I've always taken way too long starting my lifts. Even when I try not to and think I'm not, I'll see a video and be like oh lol, why.

But yeah that was definitely a grind haha. My whole body was shaking for #20. Cool challenge though, I never would have thought to work towards this on my own haha. So much of it is mental.

Dear god, can you work up something for us under 200# guys?....working reps are at 340# right now, but i'm down to 175# body weight and am struggling for 6-7 reps.  315 for 20 would kill me now.
