Need to start working on my HR. Next week i'm gonna have to start slowing my pace and working some intervals. Amazing how much fitness I've lost in the last month. |

We were supposed to do a 5k today, half tomorrow here in Baton Rouge. The 5k was cancelled due to weather so we grabbed a mile on the way back to the car. It's raining and mid 60s now. The half tomorrow should kick off with clear skies and temps in the high 20s. |
