Anyone else do them? I added them to my back day to go along with hammer curls to finish my biceps. I have to admit, hell of a pump to end my workout.

Really let's you isolate your biceps. Seems like it naturally keeps your wrists back.. if that makes sense.

I don't get as much out of them as I do out of wall curls.

Just put your back flat against a wall before curling and it prevents you from cheating it past the horizontal point.

You should try Zottman curls too, those are a killer

If you do them right it really hits your biceps. You won't use your forearms if you keep your wrists back. Also use a little wider then shoulder grip and you should hit the long head of your bicep to help the peak. Added them since hammer curls hit the short head to widen the bicep... I think that's all correct
