In July and August I'll be traveling with the wife for a week each trip .

The hotel has the basic hotel gym setup.
Dumbells, bike, treadmill. Dint think it has a universal setup.

What kind of lifts can I do to replace the squats, bench, deads and shoulder presses ?

Romanian deadlift w/ DB, suitcase deadlift, sumo deadlift with DB

Lots of options

Google is your friend on this one...

I am not a crossfitter but I simply googled "crossfit hotel workout" and tons of stuff came up...

For instance, there are several good workouts here...

High intensity bodyweight stuff will be your friend. Tabata

Do one of those squad goal couples' workouts you see Crossfit people share on facebook

Good suggestions.

You could also just do sets of 12-20 reps on short rest.   Most hotel gyms in the US have DBs up to 50lbs.

It was tougher in the place I stayed for a week outside Naples last year.  10Kg was the biggest DB

Yep, unless you are living in hotels, just relax.

Sometimes taking 5-7 days off does the body good.

Until that first squat day back.  Or rather, two days after that first squat day back.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm finally getting my motivation back after a year off from an injury and then being lazy and busy mix. So really don't want to take any time off.
I'll GoogleTube some of the exercises mentioned.

Doesn't have to be home gym intense, just keep moving in the right direction.

Thanks
