you guys had some good tips for me about 2 weeks ago. and my running is really improving I am still slow but getting better I just ran a 7:35 minute mile which isn't great but just 2 weeks ago I could barely run a 8.45! I think the 20rep squats helped and also the tip about not running everyday helped. thanks guys but I still have 15 days to improve before I report to the national guard.. thats going to be tough lots of running!

7:35 ain't too bad, cleatus. I'd bet 95% of the population couldn't touch that time.
