Anyone had any luck with this program?

I'm not looking to bulk way up

Just noticed ive been getting a little soft and sloppy and wanted to tighten things up.

I like that its only 30-40 mins as ive got kids and time is valuable

I did a workout yesterday and today...  definitely feeling it, feels good.

Seems like it will work if you put the effort in, but ive only seen 2 of the videos


Anyone got experience with this program?

Have not done it.

I think all the HIIT are great.

But if you are not controlling calories, it won't help you lose a lot fat.

It will give you noob gains. But a strength progam mixed with some sort of cardio will work better in the long run.

This kaik person is correct.  Any program, no matter how sub optimal will work for a certain period of time on an untrained or deconditined person.  

If you are looking for long term progress you'll need to look at other options.  How our bodies work and adapt to stress can't be ignored, no matter the marketing.
