I was stretching last night and noticed an imbalance in my shoulders.

Lying flat on the floor with my arms at my sides (palms up) I moved my arms in a slow arc above my head. (arms fully extended) my left shoulder and elbow has to come off the ground. My right shoulder and elbow can stay flat. There is some pain in my rear delt when I try this. Nothing hurts unless I am trying to pin it down. Can anyone point me to a good reference for shoulder mobility to cure this imbalance?

Are there some shoulder stretches/exercises that can possibly cure this?

I will start that on Thursday.

I normally do pvc pass through's and around the worlds. I can get my hands decently close together on the pass throughs.

Started swimming today. I thought i was pretty decent at freestyle until a guy who swam in college got into the lane next to me. What an absolute beat down that was.

Either way, getting in the pool during lunch should help stretch everything.
