| I have been looking into juicing. I don't know anyone who does this so any advice would be helpful. Also any recommendations on a good juicer. |

So I feel like you lose a lot of fiber when you do this, and it would just be better to eat the fruits and vegetables you're trying to juice. If you insist, though, I have heard good things about the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro, if you're not looking to spend like, vita mix money. Quoted:

I bought this one, and it's great juicer, and produces pulp-free juice. As to the question of removing fiber, well, I guess it does. and so, is very different from something like a Vita-Mix. But throw whole apples, whole carrots, beets, kale, etc., and you get pure fresh juice. Cleanup looks difficult, but it's really not. It's a nice design, and easily disassembles into easily cleaned parts. $150 http://www.amazon.com/Breville-JE98XL-Fountain-850-Watt-Extractor/dp/B003R28HWQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1429885357&sr=8-1&keywords=breville+juicer ![]() ![]() |

Nothing wrong with extracting juice with this, then using a cheap blender to mix with protein powder, milk, and whatever else you'd use by throwing it all in a blender. ETA - Just out of curiosity, does your avatar mean you are in Sweet Adelines? It looks like their logo. |
