Has anyone tried it?

If you can't do it on your own that's not going to work for long.

And anything with a time number is usually a fad or bullshit.  Being fit takes a lifetime not 21 days.

I don't know everything that's in the book, but I do know that I have taken 21 days and cut out sugar and after that the cravings are  lot better. For people that have bad cravings for certain things it can help a lot.
I don't think there's any magic to 21 days, just to be clear but 3 weeks is a good time period if you're looking to get rid of cravings.

I had to google this.

I didn't spend a lot of time reading up on it, but at first glance it just seems like another diet/workout fad promoted by a clever fitness entrepreneur.
