Can somebody recommend a basic all around routine for me. I want to lift M-F. I currently run 3 days a week and do my push up and sit ups every night.
I need something to start with then I can tailor it to me own needs.

I am 6'-O" and weigh 170lbs, I would like to try and gain some size and get up to 185-190.

Thanks

Try lifting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  This will give your muscles a chance to rest between workouts.  You may want to do a 3-day split.

Give this a try:
Monday (Chest & Back): bench press, incline bench press, pull overs, chin-ups, and bent-over rows.
Wednesday (Shoulders & Arms): clean & press, lateral raises, standing barbell curls, seated dumbbell curls, skull crushers, and tricep pull-downs.
Friday (Legs): squats, lunges, leg curls, and standing calf raises.

Well, assuming that you've consulted with your MD, and assuming that you've no plans to get a personal trainer:

A site (and I think appropriate for the AR15.com type) with lots of advice and animations and descriptions and stuff is linked to this http://www.nadn.navy.mil/Rugby/workout.htm page: www.exrx.net.
