Was talking to a friend who is in phenomenal shape. He is now working out with me (fired my trainer) and we were talking about some diet concerns I had/have.

He looked at my MFP for the week and told me that for the sake of fat loss, I need to keep dairy to a minimum. What the heck is that about? I really appreciate having plain Greek yogurt as part of my first snack and a glass of 1% milk two hours post dinner.

I used to be of the "the Fuck i need to cut dairy out! ?" Crew, drinking 1 gallon or more/day

Then i bagged milk (only milk) for some months,  I've reintroduced it numerous times. .. each time it bloats me up like a Fuck ton....

Reducing dairy is usually unnecessary unless you find a reason to.

What do your overall macros look like?

I workout in the evening and drink milk post strength workout...like up to half a gallon and I've not seen any issues.  I don't drink milk on non-workout days which are also low carb.

ETA: not 1%...but whole.

With supplements, I am getting over 100% of all DVs except potassium, which seems to be tricky for me. I am able to stay under my 30% fat percentage. What other info will help?

As long as you are under your calories and hitting your macros. You should be good to go.

I don't drink all that much milk though. I probably should.
