This is kind of an interesting video. My rack is similar to the one used. I've never had to drop that heavy of a load on the safety bars though. Glad he was alright. |

What kind of low-rent, shit hole gym would have its members using a residential-grade power rack?
That pop-pin stuff is fine in a basement home gym, but subjecting those little pins to that kind of abuse on a regular basis in a commercial environment is an injury waiting to happen. |
