During a high school football game, I badly bruised the inside of my elbow...kind of the area on the inside, under the joint where you can feel those two bones come together.

It was swollen and black and blue from about mid-forearm to mid-bicep. I went to our team doctor (ortho), got x-rayed and he said it was just a bone contusion. They never did an MRI or anything to see if there was any ligament/cartilage damage. I couldn't straighten it for a few weeks, but the swelling subsided and I was able to finish the last month of my HS football career.

Fast-forward 10 years later (now) ...  I've stayed in good shape since then though by playing basketball, running, biking and swimming. I've done push-ups, dips and core workouts, but recently I started lifting again. I began with high reps to get back into form. The other day, I did seated or "preacher" curls with a small bar and 10s on each side. I had no pain while doing it, but when I woke up I couldn't straighten my left arm, the one which I had hurt 10 years earlier. To be honest, I think it's arthritis. I took some ibprofun and am already on fish oil. Perhaps the tightness will pass, but I would like to be able to do curls.

Does anyone know of any stretches for elbows?

Take a look at this, and probably some of the related videos, you should find some ideas on some stretches you can try for your elbow: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7fSwmqZbMI

Kelly takes some crap for some of his squat form/knee placement advice he (used to ? think he's backed off a bit on it) gives, but he has a lot of good info on "<joint name> mobility" in his numerous videos on youtube.  I've added a number of his ideas into my shoulder warmup/stretch routine that I do before/after every workout.
