Just curious if anyone has tried this or something similar.

Trying for the first time in my life to diet. And hear about this all the time and am wondering if it's a scam or if it will help with appetite suppression and energy.

In 42 and 6 foot 4 inches. Weighed 215 for the past 15 years but in the past few months I've crept up to about 230. It's all in my gut. Trying to diet and it is all but impossible. As much due to time constraints as lack of willpower. Looking for some help.

My wife tried the women's version and did not like it at all.  While she felt it helped control appetite and gave her more energy it also made her a little jittery and did not agree with her system at all.

I just stick to trying to not eat like a fat ass and take a multi vitamin.

I tried a few of the sample packs that the local supplement store gave me. Waste of $ IMO. The "thyroid drive" capsule that's part of the pack seemed like ephedra to me, so that may help some with appetite. The other pill on it's own seemed to do nothing.
