I don't know if anyone recalls my previous thread, but I've come a long way since. I started MFP at 274. Checked my weight today...218! Sooo happy. I feel so much better. Still got 18 pounds to go but its looking better. I'm slowly adding in running and biking. Just bought a new Trek Verve 2, here is my first trip. My legs feel so much better and I can actually breathe.

Anyway, cool story bro and all that. Just wanted to let everyone know that it is possible.
