People can say what they want about what they look like, but they are really comfortable. I bought a paid at my local outdoors store and they are great for hiking/biking/running. Figured I would spread the word because I paid $104 for mine and todays W00t deal is a pair for $27.99. No I am not endorsing or related to this website, just trying to get the good deals out there!

Quoted: Link is blocked from the computer I'm on...what does Vibram have to do with self defense or fitness? I know I prefer duty boots w/Vibram soles for the comfort when I am on my feet for hours, but other than those soles I'm not sure what they make... They make running shoes- hence "fitness" $27 is a killer deal.

Exactly. These are designs to be better for running because its a more natural form of how feet are designed. I figured here would be better than GD because GD is a bunch of losers At the same token, this is a great deal and if anyone sees a good deal on these and is interested, I love mine.Quoted: Quoted: Link is blocked from the computer I'm on...what does Vibram have to do with self defense or fitness? Quoted: Quoted: Thanks for the heads up. Last time I missed the Woot deal. I need to pick up a third pair. ETA: note my wearing vibrams does not make me a cross fitter. I've never seen a crossfiter wearing vibrams, so you are safe (not the five finger ones anyway) 5 fingers are so 2009. Now the reebok shoes are what's in.... They're actually pretty sweet shoes though

Holy crap - I can't believe I just bought a pair for $27! I paid $99 for my other pair at REI.
I freaking love Vibrams. I bought them for my indoor workouts (p90x) and they've been perfect. I've been thinking how nice it would be to have a second pair to wear outisde, but I didn't want to spend another $100. OP - thanks for posting this link!!!

Quoted: Quoted: Quoted: WHAT??? What's the catch? You've never heard of woot? They sell one thing every day drastically marked down. TV's, computers, shoes, gadgets etc...I've bought from them quite a few times, there is no catch. Nope - but I have now. Woot is a daily check for me |

One for the gym that smell like the devil took a dump in them and wore them through a steam sauna. The others are my "walking around" pair. I'm a Five Fingers fan. |
| I didn't buy it, I don't know my size. You really need an exact fit on those shoes. I'm interested but I'll have to go into a store to try some on. I need one for boating, creeks, outdoor shit. Maybe another paper for more aggressive things like hiking or running. Down the line though. |

The only time I had an issue was when we were hiking up an old riverbed. The rocks were completely round and if you stepped wrong on your instep it would light up your nerves like a Christmas tree. |

Mine showed up. Glad I didn't trust their sizing guide because it says I would be a 41 and I am definitely a 44. The 43 I got just in case I was wrong make my toes feel a little crunched so I can't imagine a 41. I got mine that I never ordered. The Bikla's seem to be sized different. My Sprints are 41 and my KSO's are 44's. The ones I got are 44's and they fit great. |

I typically wear a size 10 with a fairly narrow foot. Any size advice? Go to the store and try a couple different pairs, see what you come up with. Don't get too frustrated trying them on. Just stay calm wriggle your toes around and the shore, etc. After wearing them a few times and taking them on and off it gets pretty easy. Less time than sock and shoes, more time than a sandal. |

This is great advice. When I put mine on now, my toes seem slide into them. Once you're comfortable with your toes being in the slots, put the ball of your foot down and push forward, the rest of the "sock" should slide up easily over your fore-foot. If you've ever tried on western boots it's a bit similar. Just relax and don't get frustrated. |
