| Well over the past couple years I've gained over 50 pounds. I used to work out and run all the time. Then I got a career, got married and had 2 sons. It's time I lost that weight and started feeling good about myself again. I will be doing P90X to start and possibly adding insanity. Eventually I will get back into lifting weights. I've done P90X before and I liked it. I'm putting myself on a good diet too. Looking for some words of encouragment. Thanks guys hopefully in 90 days I'll be a new man. |

stick with it. It will all be worth it. I know this from personal experience. I did it before for about 45 days I know it works, it's just hard to get started. I have the opposite problem. I find it easy to get started but very difficult to stick with it. |

I am on week 3 of p90x OP. This has been my toughest week. But you got this, you have your mind right, stay dedicated. Keep it up. Let it form a routine! I posted pics (embarrasing pics nonetheless). When I don't want to do it, I just think, damnit all these strangers saw me in all my fatness, lol. Gotta do better!! Don't give in. Tony gets a little annoying but in Ply he says,"You can do anything for 30 seconds". He is right. Just keep it up.
And I am saying all this to myself as I type this!!! |

You have a rest week coming up. I'm getting ready for day 3 week 1 right now. |

Something always comes up and I put it off |
| I had to put off my workout today because when I got up in the middle of the night to make my son's bottle I kicked a cupboard door tht had been left open. I was pretty swollen and hurt to walk on for most of the day. It feels a lot better now. So tomorrow I will make up today's workout and do the one for tomorrow. |
