This gal is gorgeous and extremely fit. Didnt feel like posting in the GD thread so I figured you guys might appreciate it. It reminds me a lot of those guys on the playgrounds in the city.

My mind went into places I'm sure it wasn't supposed to go.  





That reminds me I need to get back into the gym.  I was actually getting to the point that I could have done a few of those moves

but then I stopped going and thus stopped making progress.



One of my personal fitness goals is to be able to perform a perfect Iron Cross and hold it for 10 seconds.

Good for her. I wonder if she started with gymnastics training or if she just got into really good shape then decided to learn these moves. She reminds me of some the crazy stuff they do in cirque du soleil.

I got it from GD but try not to play over there. While we are not totally free of the derp here it is much more tolerable

fuck dude! that would be badass

i got my first one yesterday, a whole shaky ass 3 seconds of pain. i regularly (every day) do at least one set of 10 ring dips with at least a 50lb dumbell between my feet to get the blood going and i spent 6 weeks working on pretty much nothing but that. it's a really hard move and i'm not even going to attempt that shit again for at least a week.

Damn. All the handstand stuff between 2:30 and 3:00 made me feel like I have lost focus with my balance and flexibility training. I really need to finalize a written program and stop jumping around.

Its fucking tough though. So much to do. So little time.

Dance and gymnastics starting in pre-school

My daughter who does dance, soccer and bowling is much more athletic than my son who does soccer, football and bowling. He's all feet knees and elbows.
