My mind went into places I'm sure it wasn't supposed to go. That reminds me I need to get back into the gym. I was actually getting to the point that I could have done a few of those moves but then I stopped going and thus stopped making progress. One of my personal fitness goals is to be able to perform a perfect Iron Cross and hold it for 10 seconds. CJ |

CJ i got my first one yesterday, a whole shaky ass 3 seconds of pain. i regularly (every day) do at least one set of 10 ring dips with at least a 50lb dumbell between my feet to get the blood going and i spent 6 weeks working on pretty much nothing but that. it's a really hard move and i'm not even going to attempt that shit again for at least a week. |
