I have something in mind and I need yous guys help.

Crimson Trace makes a compact weapon light for the XD line of pistols. The Lightguard LTG-746 packs 100 lumens in a very small package.

The issue at hand, I have an XD-45 Compact which is a 4” barrel and I believe it uses the size slide as the full-size Service model.

Just because I like to nit-pick everything, does anyone out there know if the Lightguard will work with my XD-45 Compact. Better yet, does anyone have a picture of this setup. I’d really like to know before I put another purchase on the card, lol.

On top of that, DeSanris makes a holster specifically for the XD and the Lightguard.

The DaSantis holster says it will fit the following: XD9 4", XD40 4", XD45 4", XDM 4.5, XDM .45. I’m pretty sure there are some subtle difference between various calibers as well as the overall design between the XD and XDm. Can anyone comment on whether or not this particular setup will work:

XD-45 Compact + LTG-746 Lightguard + DaSantis Speed Scabbard Holster 002 = GO or NO GO?

Thanks

Mmmmmmm, G19 is the direction you need to head. RCS Phantom to be more specific. Of course you would know that if you talked about this stuff in the, "Handgun" portion of Arfcom.

Do squats. Do squats until you can't walk. Then do some more squats.
It's the only solution.

Since you're just starting out try picking up "Starting Strength". It should give you a good foundation to build from.

Try to keep a straight back on your DL.

Wait, what???

I say as long as you're not doing curls in the squat rack you should be fine.
