So pissed off right now, I've been doing 3-4 hours of cardio a week and lifting weights 5 days a week, gutted everything delicious from my diet and I'm pretty much living on nothing but fruits veggies and proteins with around 2 cheat meals a week.
Body fat percentage a month ago was 16.7% at 228 pounds roughly. Body fat percentage yesterday was 15.1% at 212-215 pounds. Sweet. All that effort for 1.6% fat loss, I was hoping I would be at 14% or less by now. Seriously all that effort and I'm guessing all I lost was muscle FML. |

Calipers may be wrong, as others said. And even if they're right, progress is progress. Comes fast for some, slow for others. You just have to work with the genetic hand you're dealt.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the fitter you are, the harder it is to cut body fat. Diminishing returns and all. Going from 12% to 10% is radically different than 25% to 23%. The closer you inch toward single digits, the more your body wants to retain what's left. The real questions are these: How is your performance at athletic tasks? How do you feel and look? What's your B.P. like? |

I think you have unrealistic expectations and need to change your thought process.
In one month you lost 13 pounds, per your measurements a 1.6% fat loss. That's a loss of 0.43 pounds a day. There are many people who would cheer to have that amount of weight loss, and even be able to exercise and take care of themselves in the way that you are. Quoted:
