Each bottle should last 2 weeks. Then you are supposed to lay off for 4 weeks (2 if you help recovery with Tribex-500,which I do not think I will take) I will have to see what happens after the first 2 weeks and my recovery. If natural testosterone levels remain low I will have to get the Tribex. There should be no need for an anti-estrogenic compound since this is supposed to have NO ESTROGENIC stimulation. However, for some reason they recommend the anti-estrogen/testosterone-support.hummmmm? Of course if I see a problem "like tits growing in a bull"....me....I will discontinue it and dump it in the sink![:)] |

400g of protien, 4500 calories! Wow, that sounds out there. But, in the quest for muscle, I guess anything is worth trying once. I'm not familiar with this diet, but I can assure you you won't gain 20 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. You'd be extremely lucky to get one pound of muscle in that time period. -Good luck and let me know the results |

Quoted: the diet reccomended with this stack wwould make anyone gain 20# in 2 weeks The numbers I could pull from the article in T-Mag ("Behind the Scenes by Tim Paterson;pp14-19) is a 10 lb gain in 2 weeks or less, and 20lbs in an 8 week cycle(2 cycles). During the cycle you are supposed to eat a LOT to have an anabolic diet! Apparently you pig out during the cycles and lose the extra in the 4 weeks out of the cycle! 400 gms of protein,500+ in carbs and a total of 1000 cals over your daily maintenance* levels. *Daily maintenance is 100 cals/lb of present weight.....or preferably ideal weight! ed, can you please let us know about your eating habits during your cycle. i am starting to plan a "diet" when i start a cycle. will you supplement with protein shakes, that is the only way i can see getting 400 gms of protein, given my work schedule,i can't walk around work all day eating chicken breats and rice. josam |
