| Holy hell getting back into shape is hard work that I long forgot about. I just ran some sprints up stairs and I am doing push ups, squats, sit ups, and pull ups right now. Hopefully in a couple weeks I can move onto weights and more running. Just wanna say good luck to who ever is doing what I am, and remember a weak body with a strong mind can get it done still. thanks for reading, and any advice for me or others will be greatly appreciated. |
