After getting the basics down, i love my bells.  Snatch progressions, swings (russian) and my fav, the Turkish Get Up.   I believe they really helped me with my overall conditioning and made my bodywieght and barbell movements better. Anyone here doing them? Got a routine?

I mix them in occasionally.
Right now my 11yo son and I are in our 2nd week of insanity,
So that is enough.

I like starting with the kb in my hand extended over head and
Bringing down and lifting leg at same time, touching elbow to knee
Then pressing overhead again.

Basic swings are good as well.

I don't have a set routine with them, I just mix them into a set. I've moved up in weight from the 26 to 35 to 44 in about three months. I think they are a good exercise.
