Bryan Callen, the comedian/actor. Funny guy. I saw him live last night at the Chicago Improv. During his show he did a ten minute bit about CrossFit. My wife was laughing so hard she was snorting. We were in the front row, and I was thinking Bryan might key in on her laughter, then look at me and my ultra-masculine physique ( ), then put two and two together and call me out. Luckily for me he just went on with the show. In the future this show along with his CrossFit bit will make it to youtube, be sure to check it out. In the mean time, check this out:
