Yep, I very much admire those that make the choice to change a self destructive life style. To lose that kind of weight is a huge accomplishment. Awesome work!

Well I stuck to the basics nothing exotic, eat right and work out. I just changed what I was eating to healthier choices and changed my portion sizes. I could not run 1 mile when I started but now I'm up to about 10miles without stopping. Cardio was key, I got my heart rate up to 170-180 for 30-45min everyday and weight lifted every other day melted the pounds off.

Sad state of affairs when our society thinks someone who is moving towards health has a problem, but being unhealthy is "normal".
