Awesome dude, that is an incredible amount of weight loss. Give us some more details! Well I stuck to the basics nothing exotic, eat right and work out. I just changed what I was eating to healthier choices and changed my portion sizes. I could not run 1 mile when I started but now I'm up to about 10miles without stopping. Cardio was key, I got my heart rate up to 170-180 for 30-45min everyday and weight lifted every other day melted the pounds off. |
