Fractured 5th metacarpal in right hand.  (a.k.a. "boxer's fracture")  My right hand is in a funky thermoplastic splint that imobilizes the pinky and ring finger and wrist.

4 rounds for time of:
Run 468m
17 back squats, 225 lbs

Why 468m?  That is the distance from my garage, around the cul de sac, and back to my garage.
Why 17 reps?  I like prime numbers and 13 reps wouldn't be enough.

I did a good job pushing the pace.  My transitions between running and barbell were seamless.  Running pace and stride length were pushed near redline.  Squat pace was easy to maintain on sets 1 and 2.  Set 3 became a tough push.  I maintained pace through set 4, and it was a perfect ending, i.e. on the last reps I was smoked coming out of the hole.

Now I need to figure out what else I can do with this frikkin hand.  Sit ups, GHD stuff, maybe front squats, one handed snatches and swings, box jumps, weighted vest games, wife on top, lunges...  any ideas?

Nice work... you should name that WOD "OCD" or something

You have the right idea with one handed snatches, you could also do OHS and one arm deadlift. Don't forget pistols too. Just be careful because your good arm is going to be obviously used a lot so be sure you don't push it too hard and get an overuse injury.

heh...yeah... Since you put it that way, I'm reminded of the saying, "There's a fine line between hobby, and mental illness."
