Oh shit, you guys have me figured out huh?



Yeah, Ideally veggies should be there too, but you can always make up for that at lunch and dinner. What I like is the fact that there aren't a bunch of carbs for breakfast....I know too many people who eat an orange and oatmeal for breakfast with ZERO fat and protein and then wonder why they get hungry in an hour...

Yeah, Ideally veggies should be there too, but you can always make up for that at lunch and dinner. My breakfast consists of a cup of oats, a cup of egg whites (cooked) and a protein shake every morning. I think having some carbs first thing in the morning actually helps fire up the metabolism.

SOME carbs are fine, but not only carbs. You'd be better off keeping the fat from the yolks though IMO.
