Are there protein supplements (powder or bars) that don't have artificial ingredients and other crap? I have not been able to find any. Yes, we call it chicken breast. I kind of expected someone would say steak or eggs. I'm not looking for main sources of protein, but protein supplements. sup·ple·ment /n. ˈsʌpləmənt; v. ˈsʌpləˌmɛnt/ Show Spelled [n. suhp-luh-muhnt; v. suhp-luh-ment] Show IPA –noun 1. something added to complete a thing, supply a deficiency, or reinforce or extend a whole. 2. a part added to a book, document, etc., to supply additional or later information, correct errors, or the like. 3. a part, usually of special character, issued as an additional feature of a newspaper or other periodical. |

I have been using their fish oil for several months (tangerine is the best, followed by mint), and just started taking their protein this past week. I was hesitant about introducing whey protein back into my diet as I have been very strict Paleo since June (absolutely zero dairy) and was worried about how my stomach would take it. Fortunately I have had no problems with it at all. I bought 1 tub of the Post Workout (chocolate) and one of the Pure Whey (natural) and have mixed them with water and coconut water. |
