I just got the set from a buddy of mine. I just did the Fit Test:
Holy Dogshit. That killed me.

I've done it and p90x a couple times.
It's a great cardio workout. p90x is better if you want to gain strength. Insanity should increase your scores.

I did the first "real" workout today, and I hurt bad. Real bad. I can only hobble around painfully.
This is serious business.

Did it during Pre-mob training. I wasn't sure what to think about it before hand, but I was impressed with it after we started it. I want to get back into once I return.
