Getting control of what you eat will do more for weight loss than exercise, though a combination of smart nutrition and regular exercise is more successful, long term. Good job taking the initiative, and good luck.
Lower impact exercises like swimming, using an exercise bike or an elliptical, would be a good place for you to start. |

Oh, no. Not Bally's. ballys is fine. just make sure to make note to the staff of any issues. if they do not fix them, then contact corporate. i swim at ballys 3 times a week. the locker rooms used to be dirty, till i started making calls and emails. now they are spotless. |
