Anyone on here use this DVD collection?  My wife just came across an ad and wants some opinions on how effective these workouts are.  At $89, it seems like a good deal and in six weeks you can have a new body .  Seriously, ten DVD's come with this program and it's a money back guarantee.
I've been this route before and she has quite the collection going...lol...and might I add, collecting dust

Never heard of them.  I own a couple of DVD's from AOS and love the workouts.  These are my first ever workout videos, they're not "how to", you exercise along with guy in the video.

The videos I own are  "Firepower" and "Providence".  But they've added more since I purchased...I may need to take a look at the new stuff.

Yeah, I'm gonna be starting the Crossfit deal when I get back to Virginia in a few weeks. Looks like it has a good community and a pretty solid program. The scaleability of it is what makes it nice.
