I've been using NOX-CG3 creatine for about a year now and I like it a lot. I get great pumps and my strength has gone up since I've started, plus I don't get bloated like I did when I used creatine monohydrate.
I combine this with Optimum Nutrition whey, multivitamins (Centrum Silver) and fish oil. What's worked and not worked for you? |
