Coupla things--
Guys, the bounced e-mail is normal. They go to three different inboxes. The one is full as it hasn't been checked/used for a year or more, and that's what causes the bounced message. That leaves myself and one other staffer to process them. That other staffer has real life job requirements which mostly keep him away from the site. That leaves me. Please be patient, as my time is limited also. I WILL GET THEM DONE! Thanks to all, but we have dozens of them pending, so it's going to be a few days. Thanks again!

I have everyone updated. I was unable to send e-mails as the same "bug" was back tonight, so no one will receive the normal e-mail with instructions to log out/in to finalize the upgrade. Everyone who has sent credentials in is encouraged to do the log out/in thing and then make a post. If the icon appears please hover your mouse over it to make sure I put you at the correct membership level. If not, obviously let me know.
Also, a number of members failed to include credentials, so those couldn't be done. Several more did not include their screen name, and e-mailed from an account not tied to any user name here, so those could not be done. If you log out/in and do not have the icon you were probably one of those and need to contact me. Thanks so much to all who have done this! There were many dozens of them, so it was absolutely overwhelming--both emotionally and physically. 
But I'm "happy tired."

As an aside, it sucks this inadvertent error caused the higher memberships to be denied access, but as I said, it was purely inadvertent and is being fixed.

I have the upgrades caught up again, but did not take the time to send individual e-mails. Anyone who has an upgrade pending is asked to please log out/in to finalize the upgrade. I found one EPL, which cannot be upgraded until paid in full, but everyone else should be upgraded. Oh, there was one who made the request but didn't include credentials, so he got an individual e-mail too. Thanks to everyone for participating!

Same issue here.... even tried a different browser (Edge - which I've never used... so no stale cookies), and no go. The forum doesn't show up, and the link you provided fails, and takes me to the list of forums (redirects to /forums/index.html). Methinks the bug is still squirming a bit.
