A few more pictures might help.
Are their any numbers on it anywhere? Did you try taking the sunshade off or is this something you don't have in hand?

I don't have in-hand. No other pics are available. It has been in military hands. EDIT: Now I'm thinking it's a Leupold Mark 4 M3-10x or Ultra 10X-M3A off a M24.
