I'm thinking of getting one for my precision .22 I'm building. Basically it is a trainer for my larger rifle, and since I don't want to spend 900 bucks on a new .22 scope(with Mrad mrad turrets and reticle, ) this seemed like a good plan.
While my actual .223 precision rifle is a vortex mrad setup, what does this offer other than slightly different reticle, and magnification(though 24x with a .22 is kinda pushing it).

I have been nothing but please with my 10x.

Their scopes are the best bang for your buck in the under $500 class.  IMHO.

Yep.  I have a fixed 16X that has been great.  Best bang for buck if fixed power works for you

If it's going on a .22 I would check to see how close it will focus.

Can't go wrong with SWFA. Warranty is second to none. Have owned 3, a 20x SS, 16x SS and the 1x4 SS. Not top of the line but not bottom of the barrel.

And that's what makes them great trainers; they go down to 10m.

I've got one on a Savage 22. It's worked great from 50 to 300 yards for me.

They're nice scopes.  Big and heavy duty.  I've got one on a .308.  I went with a Leupold MK AR 3-9 with mil/mil and a mil dot reticle on my 22LR trainer.  I wanted something mil/mil, but smaller and lighter than the SWFA scopes.

I have a 10x Mrad/Mrad on a Rem 700 in .223.  I love it.  I plan to put the same scope on a Remy 700 in .308 this year too.

I have one and its good for the money.  I don't really like the diamond reticle though.  It really starts to blow at 800+ yards with small targets
