Remington 700 w 20 moa  seekins base
Medium Seekins rings 30mm
Vortex pst 6-24x50 30mm

Hoping mediums will be perfect and I don't have to send them back for low?

i don't have the rifle yet...

I have a 700 w/ the Seekins base and I put in a Burris Veracity 5-25x50mm and I can set the scope directly  on the rail and the bell just barely clears the varmint bbl. So I went with Vortex Lows, which are actually Seekins mediums.

You should be ok, but you can get 1/2 of 1/10th of an inch closer offset with the lows.

be prepared  to buy a stock with an adjustable cheek piece.  i initially started out with this setup.  didnt like it and went with some tally scope rings, being the lowest i could find, and even those are too high.

i built up the stock height with some foam insulation for a temporary fix until i can replace the cheapo stock my 700 came with.

im just getting into this kind of shooting and ring height for a comfortable cheek rest is the biggest pita so far.

That is the biggest reason I have to replace stocks. The added rigidity/accuracy is nice, but I'm not sure why we still build chin-weld stocks when 99.9% of the guns don't even come with irons anymore.

Pretty sure you could go with the lows.
My 700 has a 40moa base with a 56mm obj and I clear with low rings.

i ended up with the low seekins rings, i canceled the order after more research.  the low rings work PERFECTLY with this setup.   i couldn't be more happy
