Been 20 years since last bolt gun (other was 110 - 7mag)
Not up on a few things and would appreciate a little help understanding a couple things. 1) Do these new one piece "multi slot" scope bases, do as good as the old steel one piece base? 2) If threaded for compensator, do I need something special for .270? Would a device for 5.56 work, or would I need to bump all the way up to a 7.62 device? TIA |

They're the norm now. .270 = 6.8, so the muzzle devices for a 6.8 SPC AR15 would work if the threads are the same. Otherwise bump up to 7.62. |
